1001 NIGHTS

Alif Laila wa Laila it's a glorious book which translated from Arabic to our Malayalam literature. it is also known as 1001 nights.  1001 Nights and Panchatantra are two books which people are read and enjoyed.

           the Marcos (which Nobel Prize winner) said: “if you know that taste of reading, you must read 1001 Nights”. we can travel on the experience of different people when we read this book. we can understand through this book about the diversity of life. it dept will remain in our heart.

 the world-famous writer like Wordsworth Shelley, Keats, Byron and tension Have appreciated this book. world famous writer Khaleel Gibran said: in night, truth came near to my bed and asked: which capital or place you like. I will take you there. Then I said: the capital of story-1001 Nights.

Cause

 the king Shahryar, who ruled Indochinese subcontinent, saw his Queens betraying him.  so, he Killed that queen but his anger not fulfilled. He stoked marry a new virgin and he finished off them at the end of night. at last daughter of minister remind. Her name was Shahrazad. She is not only pretty but also an intelligent and artist woman. She became queen. Shahrazad deprive sleep of Shahryar with telling many stories. She continued that story up to 1001 nights.  and then Shahryar Married Shahrazad.  she had younger sister named Dunyasad.  She was married by brother of Shahryar. She was married by brother of Shahryar named shaman. 

Stories of 1001 Nights Are mainly 3 part:

1.     Fairy tales- took from Persia and India.

2.     stories of Baghdad Khalifa Haroon Rasheed and his Minister Jaffer- most of these are love stories.

3.     comedy and luxurious stories- which background of Egyptian.

 About 200 and so many subordinate- narratives string together in this Arabic story world. including from short story to novelettes.
